What I Have Learned In Five Months

Published by blondiewrites at 11:51 am under 5th Month Edit This

I have learned quite a few things in my five short months. I have learned what snow is, rain, thunderstorms and fall, summer and spring. I have learned that the dog is spoiled and we have two cats and not just one that I originally though for months. I have learned to poop all over, spit up, smile, laugh and cry to get my way. I have learned that dad thinks he is a Rock Star and mom throws imaginary bowling balls on the TV.

I have learned that people give me presents at Christmas time, winters are cold and I don’t get out much and it costs a lot of money to feed, diaper and cloth me. I have learned that I can talk to other babies and I can pretend to be sleeping and watch what mom does around the house. I have learned that you have to wear clothes all the time and wash makes people crabby.

I have learned that my mom works as a banquet server and dad works hard at his job. I have learned that I am growing like a weed and I am now crawling around. I have learned about weddings, long trips in the car and how to sleep in a hotel. I have also learned what to do if I want to get my way. I have learned what Halloween is and what a baptism is.

I have learned a lot in five months.
