From The Mouth Of A Baby

I know that is was a long day for people because everyone had to go vote for a man to be a President. Now, I am not sure what this is all about, but I am glad I don’t have to look at that scary lady anymore. Now we have a African American President. I am not sure what African American means, but it must be good because people on the TV were screaming and yelling. They were happy that he was a President.

When I get older, I will have to find out about this. No one has said anything so I am in the dark.

It was a warm day outside yesterday. I got to go for a walk with mom again. We went and looked at a new apartment, but dad didn’t like it. It was just as small as what we have now. See, we have to move because the railroad tracks are only a block away and every time the train goes through at night and blows its horn, I wake up. Mom and dad have had it with that train and me too.

Mom said that that the train goes toot toot. I have to disagree with her, it goes really loud and it doesn’t say toot toot like she thinks. I hope we find a place before I get bigger. I need my sleep at night.
